General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the Westberlin Editions website.

2. Contracting Party

The contracting party is Malte Wirtz, Berlin.

3. Offer

The presentation of the products does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

4. Prices

All prices include statutory VAT plus shipping costs.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place within 5–10 business days.

6. Payment

Payment is made via PayPal or as otherwise agreed.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our cancellation policy. However, the right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or signed works.
